At CMWN, we believe in the power of peer support. Our goal is to create a community where Peer Support Professionals (PSPs) support and supervise each other, fostering a more empathetic and understanding environment. Our Peer Support Supervisor trainings are designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively supervise their peers. Ideally, PSPs would be supervising other PSPs, however, we know that is unrealistic in the current landscape - therefore, we welcome clinicians and any other role that supervises peer supporters.
