Our goal is to create a community where Peer Support Professionals (PSPs) support and supervise each other, fostering a more empathetic and understanding environment. Our Peer Support Supervisor trainings are designed to equip PSPs with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively supervise their peers. By having PSPs supervise PSPs, rather than clinicians, we ensure that the supervision process is grounded in shared experiences and mutual understanding.
