Do you ever feel a disconnect between yourself and others? Have to taken time lately to connect with yourself? For the next few weeks our blog will focus on ways you can re-connect with yourself and experience greater balance and peace.
Disconnect to Re-Connect
Studies have shown that shutting off all your electronic devices at least 30-60 min. before you go to sleep, helps people get a better night sleep as well as function with more energy the following day. Whether you’re trying out something new or doing a familiar activity, turning off your device will allow you to focus on the experience you are having and connect with peers (if your activity involves that). By not using your phone you will also be able to remember the experience better.
Try disconnecting for 24 hours and see if you notice any benefits!!
