The Network is bringing you a three week workshop on the basics of mindfulness practice! If you enjoyed our introductory class in December then you don’t want to miss our fantastic instructor, Joann Calabrese, as she helps you further enhance your skills. The first session is scheduled for January 31st from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at our offices. There will be a fee to attend, more information and registration will be available in early January.
